Semi - Private Training

A less known but highly advantageous approach to training, Semi-Private combines the expertise, attention, and guidance of a personal trainer in a small group setting making training more fun and effective, less expensive, and highly motivating. How does it work? Imagine 2 separate people working out with their personal trainers in the gym. They are following custom programs that have individualized exercises unique to their goals. Now, take away 1 trainer and the remaining trainer works with the 2 clients - that is semi-private training.

  • Limited to 3 or less individuals per session

Private Training

A traditional training approach; you and your trainer working together each week to get you closer to your goals. The training program you follow will be designed specifically for you and will take into account what you want to accomplish, your schedule, your strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and preferences. As you make progress, your training program evolves with you to ensure continued results.
